The trading desk that explains itself.

APEX is a team of AI agents that read the S&P futures market on every timeframe, make their case to each other in the open, and trade paper money under hard risk limits. Every call is logged, graded and replayed.

APEX trades simulated money on the live market tape. Nothing here is investment advice, and past or simulated results do not predict real ones.

Cleveland chairs the desk. Hover a node to see what each agent does.

One chief, four traders, and the desks behind them.

Each trader runs a different method on its own, so they disagree for real reasons. Cleveland weighs their views by how often each has actually been right. A fifth, Mentor, is a plain benchmark that takes one simple trend trade a session. Every other trader has to beat it.

How a decision gets made.

The same five steps run on every trade, in this order, and each step leaves a record.

  1. 1

    Read

Live prices plus two years of history, resampled to 15 minute, 1 hour, 4 hour and daily, so a move is judged against the bigger trend.

  2. 2

    Argue

Each agent states a view and a reason. Cleveland weights the votes by each agent's track record and states the call.

  3. 3

    Gate

Daily loss limits, drawdown floors and best-day caps decide whether a trade may be taken at all.

  4. 4

    Trade

Paper orders fill against the live tape with realistic costs.

  5. 5

    Review

Every closed trade is replayed against the opposite side and a wider stop, then graded.

We keep the tests that fail.

Most trading ideas do not survive honest testing. APEX is built to find that out early and cheaply.

Walk-forward testing, with costs.Every strategy is tested on data it was not tuned on, after commissions and slippage, across the full history.

Forward record only. Results count from the day a ruleset is frozen. Replays of the past are labelled as replays.

Capital follows evidence. An agent earns more size only after enough live trades to tell skill from luck. Until then it trades paper.
